Text amendment to Town of Vinland Plan Commission Ordinance,
Section 17 Referrals to the Plan Commission, Subsection 3- Required referrals under this ordinance; paragraph (b) a proposed site plan(assuming that the Town Board has final authority and that such review is not already covered by Town Zoning or subdivision ordinances) .
To be amended as follows:
Section 17 Referrals to the Plan Commission, Subsection 3- Required referrals under this ordinance; paragraph (b) a proposed site plan.
The proposed amendment will be on file at the Vinland Town Hall, 6085 County Rd. T, Oshkosh (920)235-6953 in the clerk’s office and open for public inspection.
